Insurance Quote Portal
Design a seamless, end-to-end digital experience for small business owners seeking insurance coverage—while also building a powerful internal platform to support marketing, reporting, and partner onboarding.
The project included two major parts:
A quote portal for small business customers to easily discover and compare the right insurance plans, even without prior knowledge of coverage terms or insurance processes.
An operations and management platform for internal business teams to monitor portal activity, manage marketing campaigns, generate compliance reports, and enable future growth by onboarding new insurance partners efficiently.
As the UX Design Strategist, led the end-to-end experience design across both the customer-facing quote portal and the internal business operations platform. Focused on simplifying complex, workflows, aligning stakeholder needs, and delivering scalable, user-centric solutions through iterative design, system thinking, and strategic collaboration.
Goal: Seamless digital experience for small business owners exploring insurance plans, while enabling internal teams operations to manage reporting, marketing, partner onboarding, and compliance through an efficient, adaptable backend interface.

Redesigning a 20-year legacy billing platform to streamline complex, multi-step workflows into a modern, role-based cloud experience. This enterprise system supports high-volume billing operations across multiple business channels, with deeply interconnected processes and strict compliance requirements.
The redesign focused on:
Simplifying data-heavy, multi-step workflows into intuitive, role-based user journeys

Quota Share Schedules & Invoicing Application
Redesigned a multi-stage invoicing platform to streamline operations and deliver a more intuitive, efficient user experience. This enterprise application supports key functions such as invoicing, editing, validation, posting, and computation—all within a tightly interdependent workflow.
The redesign focused on:
Simplifying complex user journeys
Introducing targeted automation solutions to reduce manual workload
Enhancing visual hierarchy and navigation to minimize cognitive load
Optimizing task flows for accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance

Card Servicing Application
A strategic redesign of the internal Card Servicing platform serving consumer, business, and commercial clients. The project aimed to modernize the user experience while preserving core functionalities, such as Inquiry and Maintenance for Retail and Business Cards.
Key enhancements included a complete visual refresh aligned with contemporary UI/UX principles, improved navigation flow, and refined user-centered interactions—all carefully integrated to maintain consistency with the original product architecture.
The result: a more intuitive interface that enhances usability, boosts user satisfaction, and supports seamless servicing across card categories within a secure intranet environment.
Trade Regulatory Operations Dashboard
The Trade Regulatory Operations Platform delivers real-time transparency into trade execution workflows and regulatory reporting processes. Designed to surface critical trading events as they occur, the system proactively highlights exceptions and data integrity issues—empowering teams to resolve them before deadlines are missed.
As increasing complexity made information harder to access, the platform underwent a strategic interface redesign. The result: a more intuitive, user-centered dashboard that simplifies navigation, enhances usability, and ensures full visibility into regulatory systems and controls.
